We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding Partnerships team here in New York! There are a few things we take really seriously here: building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to walk our clients to success using our platform.

About The Role

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position where you will own the full sales cycle from start to finish; hunting for new prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing contract negotiation.
  • Work and sell alongside our partners to accelerate penetration to the Enterprise segment.
  • Working closely with Channel Partner Managers (CPMs) to drive sales and account expansion efforts with key partners in the field.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues.
  • You will collaborate with customers, partners and teammates to discover new opportunities, use past solutions as a point of reference for future expansions, and build long term relationships with customers to connect monday.com's value proposition with our customers business objectives and main KPIs.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • English and Spanish fluency / written and verbal bilingual proficiency
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Proven track managing strategic deals and involving partners if applicable
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Self-starter, builder mindset, and ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
